Code of Ethical Conduct
Since 2021 the SME has a Code of Ethical Conduct, available on this website for public access. It was built based on the ideals of respect and good coexistence between leaders, teams and customers, always paying due attention to the set of sensitive data that we deal with daily. Therefore, each and every member of our team consulted, read and signed the document, in order to reaffirm the daily commitment to respect, quality, sustainability and good practices in work relationships.

We are certified in ISO 270001, a policy that aims to establish criteria to ensure that resources and assets are protected against unauthorized access, loss of confidentiality, integrity and inappropriate use, as well as that of all its customers and partner companies.
The policy describes the best practices, standards, recommendations, usage policies applicable to the organization's information technology resources and its processes, through guidelines established by Senior Management considering applicable legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.
